The Executive Search Team, within the Office of Human Resources and Organizational Effectiveness, advances the university’s commitment to excellence by recruiting visionary leaders whose goals align with its strategic objectives and values.
We facilitate executive searches for the Office of the President, the Office of the Provost, and other key academic and administrative leadership roles across the university. Our services are tailored to the unique needs of each search and may include full-cycle recruitment, logistical coordination, or a strategic combination of both.

- Sourcing of Candidates and Active Recruitment
