Stephaney is a proud former student of Texas A&M who leads the Executive Search Team, where she focuses on building strong, collaborative recruitment strategies for executive-level roles across the university. Since joining in 2022, she’s helped the team grow from managing basic search logistics to providing full cycle recruiting services for both academic and non-academic leadership positions across campus.
With over 15 years of experience in higher and public education, Stephaney brings deep expertise in HR systems, recruiting and hiring processes, employment compliance, and understands the importance of shared governance. She is passionate about building strong partnerships and helping departments identify leaders who align with the university’s mission and values—particularly in support of the Offices of the Provost and President.
Outside of work, Stephaney enjoys reading and traveling. After moving to the countryside, she discovered a passion for beekeeping. What started as a curiosity quickly turned into a calling—she now oversees 20 hives and finds joy in doing her part to protect the bees.
