Lauren Black

Lauren Black, originally from Sugar Land, Texas, is a proud graduate of Texas A&M University, where she earned a degree in Human Resource Development with a minor in Business. She began her career in sales, where she built strong relationships within the College Station community, before returning to her passion for human resources.

Her career in HR has been guided by a dedication to connecting with people, fostering collaboration, and advancing organizational effectiveness. In her current role, she supports executive searches with a strong focus on candidate experience, ensuring that each individual feels valued, supported, and respected throughout the process. Lauren also manages key logistics for the search process, including candidate travel and interview itineraries, while prioritizing trust and building meaningful relationships with candidates to support the success of the Aggie community.

Outside of her professional work, Lauren enjoys traveling and discovering new local food experiences. These interests allow her to continue exploring diverse perspectives and connecting with people in new and meaningful ways.
